Idiosyncracies - The inspiration behind this Autumn/Winter collection came from my travels in London. The colour symbolizes the dark mood that i felt fell over the city whilst I was there. winter was so gloomy, and the use of see through materials represents the dark clouds that shielded the sun from coming through. It also symbolizes the life that is behind all the shadows of London. My collections usually consist of strong shapes, however, Idiosyncracies has more pieces that flow with the body, still showing off the feminine shape. The fabrics, such as Velvet and leather, are very commonly used in the grungier scene of London, which makes the more feminine pieces have more edge to them.
